About these terms
These terms apply when you offer us an item, property or experience through our Sell to ORVETTA form or by email to sell@orvetta.com.
What you confirm
When you submit, you confirm that:
- you own the item, or you are authorised to sell it;
- the details, photos and documents you send are accurate and are yours to share;
- the item is not stolen, subject to finance, or the subject of a dispute, unless you tell us.
How we use your submission
- We use your details, photos and documents only to assess your submission and to contact you about it.
- Your files are stored privately and are never published unless we agree to buy the item and you give us permission.
- If we do not take your submission forward, we delete it after 12 months.
No obligation
Submitting does not create an agreement, and we do not have to make an offer. We do not charge you to submit.
If we want to buy
We contact you to arrange checks, which may include an inspection, a history check, proof of ownership and proof of identity. Any purchase is made under a separate written agreement.
