Using ORVETTA fairly
When you use orvetta.com or the ORVETTA apps, you must not:
- open or use more than one account, or use someone else's account;
- enter for someone who is under 18 or not eligible;
- use a payment method that is not yours, or that you are not allowed to use;
- raise a chargeback for a payment you made or allowed;
- use bots, scripts or automated tools to create accounts, make entries or submit forms;
- send free entries in bulk, or produce them mechanically;
- copy, scrape or reuse our content, data or images without permission;
- try to break, overload, probe or get around the security of our systems;
- upload files that contain malware, or content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes someone else's rights;
- abuse, threaten or harass our team or other people.
What we may do
If you break these rules, we may withdraw affected entries, cancel orders, suspend or close your account, and report the matter to the police or your payment provider. We refund paid entries we withdraw, unless the payment was fraudulent or was reversed.
