Paid and free postal entries go into the same pool, with exactly the same chance.

The winner is drawn in public
The frozen entry list is published, then public randomness that nobody can predict picks the winning number.

Verified and announced
We confirm the winner's identity and age, then announce the result. You can check it yourself.
What we promise on every draw
- A free route on every drawYou can enter any draw by post without paying. A free entry has exactly the same chance as a paid one.
- One pool, one sequencePaid and free entries are numbered in one sequence and drawn from one pool. Nothing in the draw can tell them apart.
- Rules fixed before the first entryPrice, maximum entries, closing time and draw time are locked once anyone enters. Low sales never change a draw.
- A result you can checkWe publish the entry list, the public randomness and every number used, so anyone can repeat the draw and get the same winner.
Your chance of winning
Each draw publishes its maximum number of entries. If a draw has one winner and every entry is taken, each entry has a 1 in that number chance. If fewer entries are taken, every entry has a better chance. The prize page shows the figures for each draw, and how many entries have been issued so far.
When the draw closes
We check every free entry that arrived in time, then freeze the list of valid entries and publish it. At that moment we also fix which round of the drand public randomness beacon will choose the winner. That round is produced after the freeze, so nobody, including us, can know the result in advance.
Spending controls
Everyone has a spending limit of £500 in any 30 days, and you can set a lower one. Credit card payments are limited to £250 in any 30 days and are not accepted for instant win draws. You can take a break or close your account at any time.
Winners
We contact the winner, check their identity and age, then deliver the prize or pay the cash alternative where one is offered. We only publish a winner's name, region, photo or comments if they agree to each one.
